About Us Be(ach) Volunteer, Be(ach) Fair!
Be(ach) Volunteer, Be(ach) Fair!, also known as VolFair, is the project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU. Project partners are Academic beach handball club Zagreb, University Sports Association of Poland, EUSA Institute and Stichting Camelot Beachhandball Tournament. The main objective of the project is to improve the volunteer policy and enlarge the volunteer satisfaction at beach handball tournaments in such a way that it simultaneously develops our current volunteers, increases the amount of new volunteers, and extends the period of volunteering for both of them.
Volunteers Experience What Volunteers Say
I love sports and enjoy tournaments especially for the special vibe. So I think it is normal to help with one or 2 events per year to give others this same experience. Also it is always a good feeling after the event, to see the event and how this came together along with the other volunteers.
My motivation to volunteer at sports organisations/events is to have fun, get to know people, joke around and meanwhile learn various valuable traits and contents
Visiting new places (tourism kind of), kearning something new, language practice, getting to know people from sports organizations (networking) is my motivation to volunteer at sports tourtnaments.
